About Sponsor A Job
Sponsor-A-Job is a free service with a mission: to help find gainful employment for single moms, persons with physical conditions, have been retrenched or are facing long-term unemployment in Singapore.
Gainful employment represents security and a sense of empowerment when you know you can provide for your family. Many of us would have come across people in our lives -- family, friends, ex-colleagues, schoolmates and strangers -- who struggle to make ends meet or are facing challenges and frustrations in their lives because of unemployment.
Through Sponsor-A-Job, we hope to engage the community to help those in need, and we believe the collective efforts of those who care, no matter how little that effort may be, would culminate in making our mission a fruitful and meaning cause.

The concept behind Sponsor A Job is simple: recommend a job or invite someone you know who is in need of a job.
We hope to tap on the collective efforts of the group to help those in need through 2 ways:
(1) Send your job recommendations or case referrals to sponsorajob@asia.com to see them posted on this blog.
(2) Alternatively, you may join our Facebook group and put up your postings directly on the "Discussions" section
Note: We actively screen case referrals and job recommendations at the moment to ensure they are bona fide and validated to prevent abuse.
